How do I return an item?


Change your mind? Don't sweat it, our easy return process makes returning your order quick and hassle-free.


1. Submit A Request

2. Receive Return Instructions
Return instructions will be sent directly to your email.

3. Ship Your Order Back
Use any shipping carrier of your choice to get your package back to us.

4. Receive Refund
As soon as your return is accepted and approved, your refund will be issued back to the original credit card or payment type used for purchase.



Please review our return policy below:

  • All return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items being returned must be in original condition, with all original packaging, instructions, hardware and piece(s).
  • Items that have been used, installed, altered, modified, or damaged are not eligible for return.
  • All "special order" and "made to order" items are nonrefundable and cannot be returned.
  • Any items returned to us that are not in original condition and containing all original packaging, instructions, hardware, and piece(s) will be denied for return.
  • All returns must have a valid RMA number, provided by Mobb Motorsports, to be accepted by the warehouse. Any packages delivered to the warehouse without a valid RMA number will be denied. Mobb Motorsports and its affiliates will not be held accountable for any shipping charges or fees associated with a denied return.
  • Returns that are denied will be held by our warehouse for 7 days before discarding the item(s).
  • All returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
  • The original shipping charge on the order is non-refundable.
  • The restocking fee and original shipping charge will be deducted from the total refund amount.
  • The customer is solely responsible for all return shipping and handling fees. All items being returned must be insured by the customer for shipping damages and losses that may occur during return shipping.
  • If an item being returned is damaged, lost, or stolen during return shipping, the customer will be responsible for filing a damage or lost package claim with the shipping company to obtain a refund from them. Mobb Motorsports will not be held accountable for any damaged, lost, or stolen shipments that occur during return shipping.
  • If a customer submits a Return Request before they have received their item(s), Mobb Motorsports will attempt to have the delivery stopped and have the package rerouted back to our warehouse. All shipping charges associated with having the package stopped, and rerouted back to our warehouse will be deducted from the total refund amount.
  • The customer must provide Mobb Motorsports with tracking information for the return as proof of the return being shipped. All returns must be received within 14 days from the time an RMA number has been issued to the customer.
  • A refund will only be issued after the warehouse has received, inspected, and approved the item(s) being returned. All refunds will be issued back onto the original credit card, payment form used for purchase, as store credit, or by company check.
