1. Submit A Request
Click on the "Submit A Request" button below and fill out the form.
2. Get Confirmation
As soon as we receive your cancellation request, we will request for the warehouse to stop the shipment. Once the warehouse confirms your order has not been shipped, you will receive an email confirming your order has been cancelled.
3. Receive Refund
Your refund will be issued back to the original credit card or payment type used for purchase.
Please review our cancellation policy below:
- All cancellations are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
- A refund will only be issued after Mobb Motorsports has confirmed the order has not been shipped by the warehouse, manufacturer, affiliate, partner, or distributer.
- Mobb Motorsports will not be held accountable for the length of time it takes for its warehouse, manufacturer, affiliate, partner, or distributor to confirm the order has not been shipped.
- Mobb Motorsports will not be held accountable for its warehouse, manufacturer, affiliate, partner, or distributor not being able to cancel an order before it has shipped.
- Under no circumstances can an order be cancelled if the product has already left our warehouse, manufacturer, affiliate, partner or distributors warehouse and is currently in the possession of the shipping company.
- Any orders that are requested to be cancelled after already being shipped will be treated as a return and are subject to all the terms and conditions found within Mobb Motorsports return policy.
- Mobb Motorsports will attempt to have the delivery stopped and have the package rerouted back to our warehouse. The customer is fully responsible for all shipping charges associated with having the package rerouted as well as all fee's, charges, and penalties associated with Mobb Motorsports return policy.
- If a customer refuses the delivery of any item(s) ordered, the customer is fully responsible for all shipping charges associated with having the item(s) returned as well as all fee's, charges, and penalties associated with Mobb Motorsports return policy.
- Refunds will be issued back onto the original credit card, payment form used for purchase, as store credit, or by company check.
