1. Submit A Claim Click on the "Submit A Claim" button below and fill out the form.
2. Provide Images After you have submitted a claim, you will receive an email requesting images clearly showing the defects. Please be sure to include plenty of images showing the part installed to the vehicle, from close-up and far-away, and how the part is being installed (include images of all mounting points, hinges, latches, wiring harnesses, etc).
3. Get Approval Mobb Motorsports will submit the warranty claim to the manufacturer on your behalf. As soon as your claim is approved, you will be provided with return instructions and a prepaid shipping label.
4. Ship It Back Use the provided shipping label and return instructions to get your defective part back to the manufacturer.
5. Receive Refund As soon as the warehouse confirms you return has been received and approved, your refund will be issued back to the original credit card or payment type used for purchase. Please review our warranty policy below:
- All products must be in original condition with all original packaging, including any instructions, hardware, and all piece(s) to be covered under warranty.
- Any products that have been modified, damaged, lost, discarded, or altered in anyway will be voided of any warranty.
- All warranty claims are subject to the manufacturers warranty policies and review process.
- Any warranties advertised are offered by the manufacturer of the product only.

- It is the customers responsibility to verify manufacturer warranty policies with the manufacturer directly before purchase.
- Mobb Motorsports shall not be held responsible for any warranty disputes, misprinted warranties advertised on this site, or out of date warranty policies.
